Coaching by and for Disabled People

Support that starts with your reality, not someone else’s idea of it.

You deserve support from people who understand—without being asked to teach or defend your experiences. You don’t need to explain why the world feels so heavy sometimes, or why you’re still carrying pieces of internalized ableism that were never yours to begin with. This coaching is by and for disabled people because we deserve spaces where we don’t have to justify our needs, minimize our wants, or filter our truth. Whether you’re navigating intimacy, pleasure, burnout, grief, or something you don’t even have words for yet—this space starts with your reality and builds from there.

What Coaching Looks Like

Coaching with me is about starting from where you are and building toward what feels possible—through curiosity, clarity, and real support. It’s a collaborative space for disabled people who want to move forward without filtering themselves or justifying their needs.

This isn’t about pretending everything’s fine or chasing someone else’s version of success. It’s about identifying what you want more of—whether that’s pleasure, agency, ease, connection, or simply space to want at all—and taking grounded steps in that direction.

Together, we might:

  • Clarify your needs, wants, and values

  • Practice communicating boundaries with more confidence

  • (Re)claim pleasure and desire on your own terms

  • Move through internalized ableism and toward your own values

  • Build practices that support your body—not work against it

This space is flexible, affirming, and grounded in disability justice. You don’t have to shrink or simplify who you are in order to be supported.

What This Coaching Is Not

This isn’t therapy. Therapy can be deeply valuable—I’ve benefited from it myself. But coaching is a different kind of space. We’re not here to diagnose, analyze your past, or pathologize your experience. Instead, we start with where you are now and move toward what’s possible, using curiosity and intention as our tools.

It’s also not a hustle space. I’m not here to push you toward productivity, perfection, or pretending everything’s fine. You don’t need a five-year plan to be here. You don’t need to be “better.”

And this definitely isn’t about overcoming disability. I’m not here to help you become more “inspiring” or more acceptable to the world. I’m here because your disabled body already holds wisdom, creativity, and power—and you deserve support that treats that as the starting point.

This space is built to hold your complexity—not flatten it.

Session Details & Pricing

Session length: 60 minutes
Format: Virtual (phone or video, depending on access needs and preferences)
Rate: Sliding scale of $60–$80 per session

As I grow this practice, I’m offering sessions at this rate to reflect both the value of the work and the reality that I’m just getting started. The sliding scale is here to support access.

Right now, I don’t have reduced-rate/free spots available—but I’m actively working toward creating more flexibility in the future, especially through grant funding and other support.
