Work with Me
My coaching offers space to explore what feels possible when care, access, and consent are centered. This trauma-informed work is grounded in disability justice and lived experience, and moves at a pace shaped by what you need.
1:1 Coaching
Coaching is a space to clarify what you want to work toward — a goal, a shift, a decision, a boundary, or a new way of relating to yourself. Together, we look at what matters to you, what’s getting in the way, and what support you need to move toward what feels possible.
Coaching is not therapy. Therapy is clinical support that may involve diagnosis and treatment. Coaching is non-clinical and does not require revisiting trauma or sharing personal history unless it feels supportive to you. Instead, coaching centers reflection, possibility, and forward movement rooted in self-trust.
My approach is trauma-informed, which means we pay attention to power, safety, pacing, and autonomy. We don’t rush insight or push past your capacity. Together, we may explore how lived experience — including disability, oppression, and complex systems — has shaped your relationship to boundaries and your sense of what is possible. Pleasure is a core part of this lens — not as indulgence, but as information about agency, desire, and aliveness in bodies and lives that have so often been controlled or dismissed.
This is collaborative work. There is no single path or timeline.
People often come to this work because…
They feel disconnected from their needs, desires, or internal cues
They’re navigating a transition, decision, or shift and want support clarifying what comes next
They’ve spent years adapting themselves to systems, relationships, or expectations that didn’t leave much room for choice
They want to explore pleasure, agency, or boundaries without being told what is or isn’t for them
They’re looking for support that doesn’t rush, diagnose, or demand transformation
This work meets you where you are — not where you think you’re supposed to be.
Logistics & Getting Started
Coaching sessions are 60 minutes and currently offered virtually.
While I complete my International Coaching Federation (ICF) certification, sessions are offered at a reduced rate of $80 per session.
I offer a free 15-minute discovery call for people who are curious about working together. This is a low-pressure space to ask questions, share what you’re hoping for, and see whether this feels like a good fit — for both of us.
There’s no obligation to continue after this conversation.
Workshops & Panels
In addition to one-to-one coaching, I offer workshops, trainings, and panel participation for organizations, educators, and event organizers seeking thoughtful, embodied conversations.
This work is grounded in disability justice and lived experience and often explores how systems of power shape access, embodiment, pleasure, intimacy, and sex. These conversations center consent, agency, and care, particularly for disabled people and others whose bodies and desires have been regulated, erased, or misunderstood.
Workshops and panels are designed to be accessible, reflective, and responsive to the context in which they’re offered.
